Ordering Information
Currently, Bad Dragon Armory does not use online ordering software because we prefer to keep our communications with our customers more personal and there are often crucial sizing requirements that we need to take before we can process your order.
Please take a moment to read through the following couple of notes and then feel free to email us with your order or any questions that you may have.
Color: All of our armor comes in basic black, though we can dye the piece nearly any color that you wish. We have many colors available including red, green, yellow, blue, and brown. If you wish to have one of these colors instead of black, you need to let us know when you place your order. This also includes any multi-color dye jobs that you would like.
Pricing: All of the armor is priced as shown. We will change the color at no additional cost, but multiple color schemes or any special work will need to be quoted on an individual basis and the price of the piece may rise slightly depending on the time the additional work will take. You will be notified of this before we proceed with the order.
Shipping Time: Some pieces are generic enough that we will be able to ship the piece immediately as we are able to keep them in stock. Many pieces though are dependent on the size of the wearer and must be made after the order is placed. Normally, you can count on a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks or less.
Shipping Costs: The prices shown through the pages of the catalog do not include shipping, we will provide the shipping costs to your address with the initial quote of the armor. In most cases we will ship via UPS normal delivery. Please note that many items are so light in weight, we won't charge any shipping at all.
Custom Orders: On custom orders, we need to ask for 50 percent of the money for the order up front. We hate to ask this, but we have already learned that we must protect ourselves in this area. Again, we are sorry, but we have to do it.
