Gauntlets
Bad Dragon Armory offers two types of gauntlets for your pleasure. The Half Gauntlet or Demi Gauntlet and the Full Gauntlet or Articulated Gauntlet. Both are made from premium vegetable tanned leather and the designs have been exhaustively field tested by fighters for fighters. Many of our Legion Brothers and Sisters have used these types of gauntlets for years without a problem.
Half Gauntlets: Our half gauntlets are made from
strong 12 oz Saddle Skirt leather and feature a tough wax hardened
cuff. The wrist joints of our half gauntlets are painstakingly sewed
to provide a strong solid seam. This protects your wrist better than
some of those two-piece leather thong arrangements that are out
there. And the mobility is the same, if not better. The half
gauntlet is held to your hand by a strong, riveted leather strip fastened
across your palm. I have been using my pair for nine years and
haven't had a single failure yet.
